A very sweet Izannah owner offered to let my dolls visit with her beautiful antique Izannah Walker doll. It was such a treat! I had never seen a real Izannah in person before. I feel very lucky. I also feel inspired to make more dolls. LOTS more.
For some reason when I got to meet this doll, I named her Nan. (short for something?) :~P This was such a fun series of photos! Odd that for some reason I have always pictured your dolls as tiny...now to see them with Nan, I have a better idea of their perspective.

ReplyDeleteYou're right - her name should be Nan. I have been making big dolls lately. The bigger ones in those photos are 22".
